How to Join

If you wanna be part of the Sugbo Mercado family, here are the details and application process to join:

1. Food Tasting
- We regularly hold taste tests in the Office (Mon-Wed; 1PM-5PM)
- Vendor-applicants should prepare food samples good for 2-3 persons (small portions/samplers)
- Vendor applicants need to book/schedule their food presentation ahead of time (Nichole-09173115777)
- We also encourage vendor-applicant to have a mock-up of their booth design during the Food Tasting. If the vendor-applicant has joined previous bazaars in the past, photos of their booth design and set-up can be presented.

2. Approval - Approval usually takes 1 - 3 days for these fast track approvals. We'll call vendor-applicants whether application passed or not.

3. Settlement of Advance Payment - A 50% down-payment is required upon signing of MOA to confirm your slot. The full-payment is required 1 week before the start of your first weekend.

4. Social Media Marketing - We will be needing food shots or product shots so we can market you in our social media accounts.

5. Start Selling - After settling the payments, vendor applicants can start selling.

  1. Asa na ang uban stalls nga naa during the first opening? We wanted to try the Maranao dishes, but na-overwhelm mi sa other choices and hoped to try it next time nalang. Unfortunately, wala na sila nibalik and walai other info. :( Pwede ibutang ninyo diri ang list sa mga vendors?
